Shipping
Each Ariblake order is prepared with care. In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking details.
United States: Express delivery approximately 2–4 business days
Canada: Express delivery approximately 3–7 business days
International: Express delivery approximately 3–7 business days
Shipping, duties and applicable taxes are included in the displayed price, allowing your order to arrive without additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become active following dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery for select high-value orders. At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
Should a tracked parcel appear to be missing or experience an unexpected delay, please contact support@shopariblake.com. Our team will be pleased to assist and liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
Address Changes
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact support@shopariblake.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order pieces will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would prefer to receive an in-stock piece sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope every Ariblake piece feels as exceptional in person as it did when you selected it. Should your purchase not be quite right, eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund, exchanged or issued as store credit when a return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging included.
Before returning your order, please contact support@shopariblake.com with your order number. Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. For your protection, all returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs, the original outbound shipping cost and a $20 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the final refund or store credit.
Once received, returns are typically inspected within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds are then processed within an additional 1–2 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Promotional & Final Sale Items
Superhuman Promotion: Superhuman Porridge and Superhuman Noir purchased using the SUPERHUMAN30 promotional code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, other discounted or promotional items are also considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every Ariblake order is carefully inspected before leaving us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@shopariblake.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Our team will review the matter and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing within this policy is intended to limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your country or region, you may be entitled to additional cancellation, return or refund rights.
