All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Internationally (for countries outside of the U.S. & Canada)

  • Standard shipping: 8-16 business days (FREE)

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to carrier restrictions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or contact us at support@shopariblake.com for assistance.

International Orders & Customs Fees

For international orders, including orders placed in Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@shopariblake.com

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at support@shopariblake.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after your order has been processed.

Shipping Terms

Ariblake is not responsible for your item after it has left our warehouse. 

If you will not be at home during delivery hours, please choose an address where someone will be available to sign for and collect your parcel. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items. To receive your available items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.

If you notice any errors once your order has been placed, please inform us via email at support@shopariblake.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy was put in place to make sure you have the best customer experience we can provide.

Ariblake is proud to offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on all items purchased, minus the cost of shipping your order (based on your location) and a restocking fee of $10 per returned or exchanged item. Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of shipping their item back to us.  In order to provide the highest level of customer service possible, we need to be able to support our hard-working team for all of their efforts. We appreciate your understanding and helping us maintain a high standard of service for everyone.

Conditions For Returns and Exchanges:

  • To facilitate a return or exchange, please email us at support@shopariblake.com for assistance. Make sure to provide your order number and reason for your request. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and returned in it’s original condition and packaging (all returns will be thoroughly inspected upon receiving them at our warehouse and will be returned to the customer if this requirement is not met).
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days. This means you have 14 days from the item being delivered to you to request a return. Returns after this date will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be sent by mail with tracking. No other method can be accepted.
  • Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect it to make sure your item was returned in its original condition. This process usually takes 2-5 business days. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.
  • If your return is accepted, your refund or exchange request will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • If you have requested a return and are eligible for a refund, you will be refunded via the original payment method used to place the order.


Damages & Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please take the time to thoroughly inspect your item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution as quickly as possible. Please email us with 3-4 clear images of any issues along with your order number to support@shopariblake.com
